The Nanhu area of Tangshan City is a subsidence area caused by coal mining for more than 100 years.After a series of ecological restoration and landscape reconstruction projects for more than 20 years,it has now been built into a large-scale urban ecological park,providing a large amount of available land for Tangshan City and improving the quality of urban ecological environment to a certain extent.However,due to the large area of Nanhu area,there is still a situation of low land use efficiency.The study taking 2016 as the key time point,using RS and GIS technology to evaluate the land use structure and land use efficiency of Nanhu area,with a view to provide data reference and theoretical support for the optimization of land use layout and efficiency improvement in the area.After research,the following conclusions were reached:In terms of cover types,the vegetation coverage rate in Nanhu area is 52.24%,the water coverage rate is 17.75%,and the artificial surface coverage rate is 30.01%;The inner cover types in the area are spatially distributed as a whole.Among them,the buildings are mainly distributed on the outermost layer,the water outer sublayer,and the core area is mainly green land.In terms of functional types,the greening rate of the land part is 61.91%,and the road network density is 82.88m/hm2,both of which are lower than the relevant national standards;Pavement land is large and unevenly distributed(mainly distributed in the north of the study area).The study evaluated the social benefits of land use through field research and attractiveness evaluation model.It found that the attractiveness index of nanhu area is 0.5656,which is moderately attractive.The parking lot land and parking spaces are not highly utilized,and there are 130.22hm2 of other unused land.The value of ecosystem services is estimated at 13.9863 million yuan/year,and the ecological benefit is good.It is considered that the functional structure of internal land use in the Nanhu area is unreasonable,especially the low utilization rate of parking lots.At the same time,as a destination with certain tourism value,it's recreational attraction needs to be further improved.Figure 23;Table 23;Reference 87...
