Intracranial Aneurysms(IAs)is a vascular disease widely,its ultimate rupture often causes subarachnoid hemorrhage,serious threat to human life.In recent years,in view of the analysis and the research often focused on rupture of IAs,and the optimization of treatment,and for IAs studies tend to be more a lack of growth process,for the growth mechanism of IAs is still insufficient understanding,the growth process of research for timely treatment,and patients to reduce pain has huge role.As an effective method,Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)is widely used to analyze hemodynamic parameters more intuitively.The popularity of Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)and the application of Phase contrast(PC)Imaging play an important role in the screening of IAs.The rapid development of 3D Printing and microfluidic chip technology also provides a foundation for the construction of IAs model.Under the background of this era,this paper studies the growth stages of IAs.For IAs at different stages of digital model,the use of 3D printing and organ chip technology to make two kinds of in vitro model,the 3D model and the chip model using the CFD simulation,using MRI scans,aims to explore the IAs growing changes in hemodynamic parameters in the process,and provide effective image,for the doctor to the early auxiliary diagnosis of IAs.The main research work of this paper includes:· For a case of IAs,a digital model of its six stages from growth to rupture was constructed according to its basic growth rules,and a set of 3D models and a set of organ chip models were further made.· CFD was used for simulation of 3D model and organ chip model in six stages to obtain the hemodynamic parameters of each stage model,so as to analyze the parameter changes in the growth process of IAs.The Fluid-structure interaction(FSI)is proposed.· For the 3D model of aneurysm in six stages,3D printing technology was used to make in vitro 3D model;Microfluidic technique was used to make in vitro microchip model for six stage organ microchip model.All models were scanned by PC-MRI,and the post-processing results were used to compare the CFD results,to provide a reasonable explanation for the growth process of IAs,and the MRI images were used to assist the doctors in the early diagnosis of IAs.Finally,an image optimization scheme is proposed,electromagnetic Metamaterial.· For the four cases of IAs with rupture,a fracture discrimination formula was established by using the combination of multiple morphological parameters.The discriminant formula of fracture point was established by the combination of multiple hemodynamic parameters.
