As oil and gas exploration and development becomes more difficult, the quality of reserves is also getting worse. In the past 10 years,China has added 694 million tons of proven oil and gas reserves, and the ratio of available reserves that can obtain economic benefits under the current technical conditions is less than 25%.Explore the main controlling factors of oil and gas enrichment and establish geological models to improve The effectiveness of exploration has important practical significance.Taking the Nanpu Sag of the Bohai Bay Basin as an example, this paper analyzes the oil source comparison first, and then uses the statistical analysis method to study the influencing factors and variation characteristics of the oil and gas enrichment degree in the Gaoshangbao target interval of the Nanpu Sag.The source coupling principle quantitatively characterizes the oil and gas reservoirs in the Gaoshangbao area, and finally predicts the favorable exploration areas. Finally, the quantitative characterization results show that the closer the hydrocarbon reservoir is to the hydrocarbon source, the higher the oil and gas saturation of the reservoir. For the control of low interface potential energy, the lower the interface potential energy of the reservoir, the lower the oil and gas.The higher the hydrocarbon saturation of the reservoir;the greater the porosity of the reservoir, the higher the hydrocarbon saturation of the reservoir. After the ternary coupling of the potential source, the hydrocarbon saturation of the reservoir still shows a very high positive correlation, which has a certain guiding effect on the subsequent exploration of the Gaoshangbao area in the Nanpu Sag.
