Research On Hangzhou City Internal Form Evolution Based On GIS And Space Syntax

Urban form reflects the interaction between the natural environment and the human environment.Through the study of urban morphology,we can sort out the context of urban development and influencing factors,which have certain reference significance to the current urban regional planning.Based on remote sensing image data,traffic street maps and social basic data,this paper studies the distribution of urban internal functional areas and changes of internal street network in Hangzhou by using landscape index method and spatial syntax,and explores the changes of land use landscape pattern and street axis traffic pattern respectively.Afterwards,the driving mechanism of population,economy,transportation and policy factors to urban form are discussed and analyzed by combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.It is found that since the 1990 s,the scale and fragmentation of construction land in Hangzhou have been increasing;the scale of cultivated land,forest land and water body has decreased,and the fragmentation of cultivated land has also increased;and this trend has been significantly improved around the 21 st century.During this period,the urbanization process of Hangzhou developed rapidly,and the urban expansion speed accelerated.The agglomeration degree of the internal street network and the concentration of the overall core of the city have declined;the unity of the local and the overall has weakened;the publicity has increased,and the traffic convenience has constantly improved;the urban traffic has developed from single core to multi-core linkage.The evolution of urban form is affected by a variety of factors.Among them,demographic,economic,transportation and policy factors play an important role.Population growth promotes urban expansion.Secondly,Economic factors promote the development of urban construction land and infrastructure road construction.Then,traffic factors lead the direction of urban development.And,policy factors play a macro-control role in the direction of urban development and urban form evolution.In the future development,firstly,we should pay attention to the talent policy to attract the population agglomeration.And secondly,we should promote the flow of foreign capital and the optimization of internal industrial structure.Thirdly,it's necessary to accelerate the traffic construction and build a comprehensive traffic gateway hub.Also,we need to promote the construction of metropolitan areas and the construction of cities(counties)reasonably.
