Nowadays,online shopping has been recognized by many consumers,one of the reasons is that online shopping has the loose return and exchange policy.It brings more orders for e-commerce enterprises,but also increases the difficulty of enterprise inventory.E-commerce enterprises also face many other problems,such as the uncertainty of customer orders,the constantly increasing requirements from customers for service level,fierce competition among e-commerce enterprises and so on.Therefore,it is more and more important for the development of e-commerce enterprises to improve service level and optimize inventory decisions.This thesis mainly studies the queueing inventory system supporting return in online shopping environment,constructs the model and analyze and solve it.Firstly,this thesis studies a queueing inventory system with(s,S)strategy in which supporting return and its demand is affected by inventory,analyzed the demand that arrives in an inhomogeneous Poisson process,considers the impact of returned product on inventory management,conducts Markov process with continuous time,gives system performance index and benefit function,concludes the influence of system parameters on system performance index and benefit function though the numerical analysis.Secondly,this thesis studies a queueing inventory system with(r,Q)strategy in which supporting return and its demand is affected by inventory.In this thesis,the steady-state distribution of the system is obtained by using Quasi-Birth-Death process and matrix geometric solution,and then the system performance index and benefit function are obtained.At the same time,the sensitivity analysis of system parameters is obtained by numerical examples,and the optimal inventory control strategy is obtained by genetic algorithm,even two replenishment strategies are analyzed through comparison.Finally,this thesis studies a queueing inventory system with impatient customers and supporting return,establishes the level dependent Quasi-Birth-Death process,gets the steadystate probability of the system by using approximation method and matrix geometric solution theory,then obtains the system performance index and cost function.And this thesis analyzes the sensitivity of the system parameters and obtains the optimal inventory control strategy through numerical examples.
