This paper mainly focus on the research of the process of the semileptonic decay?c?ne+?eand the theory of making new X-ray radiation source. To study the process of the decay of baryon not only can help us to understand the light-cone QCD sum rules and it's applications, but also can help us to understand the interi-or structure and dynamic information of the baryon.Starting from the correlation function,we present the hadronic representation and the operator product expansion of the corre-lation function with the standard procedure of light-cone QCD sum rules.Furthermore,by considering the quark-hadron duality and the Borel transformation, the two representation-s are matched to get the sum rules of the form factors in the 0?q2?0.8 GeV2region.During the numerical analysis of the sum rules,we fit the sum rules with the dipole formula to extrapolate the form factors to the whole dynamical area. With the form factors,we get the differential semileptonic decay width of the process?c?ne+?e.After integrating the differential decay width on the whole dynamic region,we obtain the prediction of the total decay width:???c?ne+?e?=?8.89±0.36?×10-15GeV,and we still estimate the branching ratio of the process:Br??c?ne+?e?=?0.27±0.01?%.By comparing the results from some other models,we find our prediction is very reliable. This work may give some instructive suggestion on the experimental research of the?cdecay. We begin with the over-dense GeV positron beam in the analysis of the X-ray radiation source. We then stop the?-generated by the GeV positron beam in the hydrogen gas at 1 hPa,whereby highly excited?p atoms?n<14?are formed. At last a short laser pulse with a wavelength tunable around?=5.6?m is entered into target gas, where 2S?2P transitions are induced on resonance, immediately followed by 2P?1Sde-excitation via emission of a 1.9 KeV X-ray.During the formation of the highly excited?p atoms,we find the?-need to collision with e-at least 125 times. In fact, the hydrogen gas at 1 hPa meets the conditions. This theory provide us a good idea to make a stable X-ray radiation source and has a very important influence on the experimental research of the X-ray radiation source.
