Study On The Development Potential Of Mountain Tourism Resources Under The Background Of Consumption Reform

Mountain area is an important tourism resource and ecological resource,which bears the demand of human's physical and mental health.Mountain tourism satisfies the desire of tourists in the new era to return to nature and pursue health.Liaoning province is rich in mountain tourism resources with high development value.The period during the change of consumption,the demand of tourists produced change,began to the pursuit of quality,characteristic and culture attribute and health properties,however,from the existing mountain tourism resource development,many developed and developing tourism products and market demand,the separation can't meet the needs of consumers increasingly change,causing the waste mountain tourism resources.How to deeply analyze the influencing factors of the development of mountain tourism resources according to the trend of consumption reform,build a scientific development evaluation system,and provide reference for other regions,has a strong practical significance,and at the same time makes a good theoretical supplement to the research of mountain tourism.Firstly,the paper systematically sorts out and comments on the related achievements of consumption reform,mountain tourism resources and tourism resources development potential evaluation,and discriminates and analyzes the related concepts of mountain tourism,mountain tourism resources and development potential of mountain tourism resources,so as to provide theoretical and methodological support for the paper.Second,guided by the theory of supply and demand of tourism,tourism system theory,on the basis of literature review and summarize,a new kind of tourism demand and consumption change derived combined comprehensive spot investigation,expert interview and from the potential supply systems,the potential demand and potential support system,three levels of nine criteria layer,layer twenty-nine indexes,constructing evaluation index system of mountain tourism resources development potential,and with the aid of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method obtains the index weightdistribution.The results show that the supply potential system has the highest weight,the demand potential system takes the second place,and the supporting potential system has the smallest weight.In the index layer,the mountain tourism resource abundance,uniqueness,tourism income and tourist person-time weight are high.Among the three counties in eastern Liaoning province,The Benxi Manchu autonomous county has the greatest development potential,the highest demand potential,and the relative lack of supply potential and support potential.The development potential of Huanren manchu autonomous county is the second,its supply potential and support potential is good,the demand potential is relatively insufficient;The Kuandian Manchu autonomous county has the least development potential,its supply potential and support potential is medium,and its demand potential is seriously lacking.Furthermore,it is proposed to build high-quality mountain tourism projects,excavate the historical and cultural connotation of mountain and construct high-quality tourism service facilities.On the demand side,we should use new media to promote marketing,strengthen regional tourism cooperation and improve tourism consumption level.In terms of supporting potential,we should strengthen the training of high-quality tourism practitioners,comprehensively upgrade the network level of mountain tourism,increase policy support,and improve the regional transportation system.
