Based on the Pythagorean fuzzy sets as the theoretical basis,it overcomes the defect that the sum of membership and non-membership of the intuitionistic fuzzy set is less than 1.we introduce the multi-attribute decision method(MCDM)into it,which provides another way of thinking for solving fuzzy decision-making problems.First of all,we extend the Hamy mean(HM)operator and dual Hamy mean(DHM)operator with Pythagorean fuzzy sets(PFSs)to propose Pythagorean fuzzy Hamy mean(PFHM)operator and Pythagorean fuzzy dual Hamy mean(PFDHM)operator.Secondly,we expand the HM operator and dual HM(DMM)operator to process the interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy sets(IVPFSs),and propose the interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy Hamy mean(IVPFHM)operator and the interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy dual Hamy mean(IVPFDHM).Then,we extend the Hamming distance,the Hausdorff distance with Pythagorean fuzzy sets(PFSs).According to the relation between distance and similarity measure,we can obtain similarity measure.On the basis of the set-theoretic approach,the matching function,the notion of complement and the continuous functions,we extend other similarity measures.In the end,we utilize an applicable example to prove the proposed methods.
