Discussion On The Type And Identification Of True And False Crust Of Jade Gamble Wool In Myanmar

In this paper,the jade market of Ruili,Tengchong in Yunnan province and Pingzhou,Jieyang in Guangdong province were investigated,and it has realized the way and types of the gamble leatheroid in the market,which also has collected information by taking pictures and collecting specimens.The paper has made a summary of it through visual observation,microscopic analysis,observing microstructure,simulating the fake hull experiment.It has explored the types and ways of making fake hull of jadeite wool in the market,which provides the main basis for the identification of real and false gambing stone.It is found that there are mainly the following ways of making fake hull by the market research:1)Polishing the stone.It was as polished as a pebble to imitate the jade of white salt sand hull and water stone.2)Chiseling the stone.It was knocked the surface of the stone out of the hole to imitate the jade of white salt sand hull.3)Dyeing and daubing the stone.It was daubed to imitate the jade of black usha hull,wax shell of gambing stone and Huika water stone by using organic coatings.It can also be made by the dyeing of potassium hypermanganate on polished stone and chiseled stone.Then it used polishing powder to stain the surface of the jade.4)Making the fake hull.It was imitated gambing stone of sand hull by mixing with sand and glue,soil and glue.And the low grade emerald was buried in the soil for several years with the erosion of rain,which was taken out the original that impersonate the natural weathering.Lastly it was imitated the gambing stone of sand hull by soaking the fresh jade ore in the strong acid,which is a comparatively way to make fake hull on the market.5)Sticking and then filling colored plastic.Firstly,tunneling the inside of the gambling stone,secondly applying the colored glue on the open cover and putting the open lid on again.The other way is to stick the colored jadeite slices on the lip and cover it up with the leatheroid.6)Opening the window to cheat.Opening a window,named'rascal window',on the gambling stone is to cover up the value of jade and the inside of cotton,crack and tinea.Or it was opened a ‘rascal window' on the faking hull.The "hooligan window" is an unconventional way of opening many minor,irregular,frosted windows on the gamble's hull,which is known among the insiders.In addition,it is a new approach appeared in the recent years,mainly for making counterfeit.7)imitating characteristics of the jade mine.It was imitated the Moxisha and Houjiang and so on by the low grade emerald and fresh jade ore that mine produced hige grade gambling stones.There are three types of basic stones used in fake hull:1)low-cost jade gambling stone.2)Jade of new mine.3)other jade or materials,such as albite,quartzite,Aventurine,marble,glass,etc.The reasonable classification of emerald wool was studied based on the output type of myanmar jadeite wool,and the characteristics of emerald hull are treated correctly.The paper dealed with the characteristics of jadeite wool shell in different output types,and combined with the characteristics of jadeite wool type,which are summarized.Finally,it was proposed the identificationg method of true and false hull to provide a scientific basis for the true and false discrimination of jadeite wool.The study found that whether the hull is true or not,the way to identify it with naked eyes are mainly from the following aspects,such as the jade gamble cutout's shape,the color of its hull,the surface features,the relationship between the hull and the inside of jade,touch feeling,light sense,hardness and density.All the samples can only be collected through the market,and the representativeness of samples may be not comprehensive.Secondly,the price of samples is so high that can only collect cheap and suitable samples for the research.Most of the samples can only be taken for evidence by photo and can not be retained completely.Therefore,there may be some shortcomings in the paper,and I hope that the teachers and the students will criticize and correct them.
