Fine Reservoir Description And Research On Capacity Building Of Kongdian Formation In Linzhong-9 Block Of Linfanjia Oilfield

The Linfanjia Oilfield in the northLinzhong-9 Block have been exploited for more than thirty years.The study area is at a high water cut stage,for low utilization rate of water injection and existing well network no longer adapt to reservoir development.In order to solve the main problems existing in the exploiting process in the area,an adjustment scheme for exploiting in the north Linzhong-9 Block must be carried out as soon as possible.Guilding by the theory of petroleum geology of development,this paper systematically analyzes reservoir feature and its development characteristic and mainly analyzes the heterogeneity of the reservoir plane,layer and interlayer.It evaluates development effect by injecting water and quantitatively analyzes the distribution of residual oil in horizontal,vertical and longitudinal direction.Based on the analysis results,it researches an adjustment scheme for exploiting Kongdian Formation in Linzhong-9 Block.The reservoir in the study area is a shallow reservoir dominated by unconformity,cut through by faults.The reservoir is mainly controlled by lithological pinchout and oil-bearing height with no uniform oil-water contact.The different oil groups have quite different oil-bearing properties,few oil layers stack over each other vertically,and the major sand layer has the material basis to be developed individually.On the basis of studying the geology,reservoir heterogeneity and remaining oil distribution comprehensively,a development adjustment plan for the study area has been worked out.In view of the low productivity of vertical wells and difficulty in replenishing formation energy,horizontal wells will be used to produce from the major pay in the thin oilreservoir of Kongdian Formation in the northLinzhong-9 Block;while vertical wells will be deployed in small faulted block reservoirs and small sandbodies by batch.
