Surface cracks are a common form of parts failure,which affects the safety of parts and shortens the service life of products.Therefore,repairing cracks has important application value.Laser repair has been widely recognized because of its good repair performance and small heat-affected area.Existing laser repair products generally have the problem of poor portability.Therefore,this article intends to design a portable crack laser repair device,including a laser emitter,Powder feeding device,frame,testing equipment,pipe line and other parts.While achieving portability,it also ensures the perfect use of functions.Aiming at the characteristics that the powder feeding device needs to meet portability,the principle was explored to optimize the control of the power so urce,and only one power source was used for control.The pneumatic powder feeding device and the electric powder feeding device were designed separately.The principle structure design of the device was carried out,and the relationship between the input wind speed V and the powder feed amount Q of the pneumatic powder feeding device was also constructed according to the power matching,the design of each part of the structure was selected,and the model was established in the three-dimensional software Inventor.Slicing in the slicing software,importing the code into a 3D printer to complete the 3D printing of the parts,and finally making a prototype for experimental verification.The accurate Q-V relationship of the prototype of the pneumatic powder feeding device was determined through experiments,and the powder feeding principle of the two devices was proved to be able to carry out powder transportation evenly and stably,and the design requirements were fulfilled.Aiming at the problem that the powder sticking to the wall of the powder affects the accuracy of the powder feeding and the repair quality,a pipeline structure that can prevent the powder from adhering to the wall of the powder feeding pipe is designed.The structural principle design of the pipeline was carried out to determine the structural parameters affecting the pipeline structure.Fluent was used for fluid simulation.The single pipeline,multiple pipelines,central flow rate,and the difference between the internal and external flow rates were simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the pipeline can Effectively prevent the powder from adhering to the pipe wall,and analyze the influence of various structural parameters on the effect of powder infusion,and comple te the design requirements.Finally,the overall structure of the crack laser repair device is designed.This structure can ensure the coordination and installation of various components,ensure the smooth realization of the functions of each part,and complete the predetermined design goals.
