Loess is widely distributed in China.The terrain of the loess area is complex and the gully is vertical and horizontal.New structures are active and earthquakes occur frequently.Historically,many landslide disasters occurred in the Loess area with strong earthquakes.Caused significant casualties and economic losses.Studying the geological conditions of the loess earthquake landslide is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value for engineering construction in the loess region,mitigation of earthquake disasters,and promotion of the "Belt and Road" construction.In this paper,the landslide disasters caused by the Haiyuan Earthquake are taken as the research object.Based on a large number of field landslide surveys,the geological conditions for the formation of loess earthquake landslides in this area are preliminary summarized.The main work completed and the results achieved are summarized as follows:1.Summarized the survey of loess earthquake landslides,discussed and commented on the problems existing in this study.A brief overview of the Haiyuan magnitude 8.5 earthquake in 1920 and the hazards formed by it were briefly introduced.2.Based on the available data,combined with field surveys,we summarized and summarized the regional tectonic background,stratigraphic lithology,geological structure,topographic features,and geological hazards of the Haiyuan region.Themacro-geological conditions of the landslide disaster in Haiyuan earthquake were analyzed.3.Through arduous field investigations,more than 600 landslides from the Haiyuan earthquake were obtained.Based on the statistical analysis,the geological conditions for the formation of the loess earthquake landslide were preliminarily summarized and summarized.4.numerical simulation study of the loess earthquake landslide was carried out,and the influence of geological conditions on the loess earthquake landslide was analyzed.Developed "Landscape Restoration System Based on Matlab GUI V1.0" and applied for a patent.This software system can be used for terrain restoration of landslides.
