Study On The Technology Of Land Cover Classification And Integration Of Internal And External Work In Shandong Province

The monitoring of geographical and provincial conditions refers to the comprehensive use of 3S and other modern surveying and mapping technology and computer technology for the collection,save,transmission,editing and data processing of geographical information.The geographical information includes natural and human factors,the natural elements include the types,spatial position,spatial distribution,range and area of topography,geomorphology,water system,vegetation,desert,bare land surface,etc.,human factors mainly include the types,spatial position,spatial distribution,scope and area of traffic roads,residential areas and facilities,geographical units and other geographical factors.Mastering the comprehensive and accurate geographical and provincial conditions can help the relevant government departments to formulate scientific development planning and strategic layout,to optimize the allocation of resources,to build a resource-saving,environment-friendly society,while reducing the occurrence of disasters,the establishment of emergency support services in a timely manner to provide a strong data support.In the process of geographical provincial situation monitoring,the results of internal and external verification play an important role in ensuring the accuracy,reliability and integrity of data.The verification work in the field includes the inspection of classified ground cover data,the inspection of geographical element data,the inspection of Metadata and the inspection of remote sensing image interpretation samples,etc.,the problems,errors and results of the reinspection shall be recorded in detail and carefully organized to be revised and improved in an all-round way.The work of field inspection is to check systematically the problems such as the boundary of the ground class,the attribute of the ground object and the classification of the ground cover which can not be distinguished,at the same time,a certain proportion of the identified land cover and factor categories should also be selected to verify the correctness of the interpretation of the industry,and to amend and improve the data.In this paper,based on the relevant technical standards of basic geographical provincial monitoring in Shandong Province,combined with the geographical provincial monitoring in Weihai and other regions,the relevant technical methods of internal and external verification are studied and discussed,and to analyze the quality of the results of the verification,in order to further promote the regular monitoring of geographical and provincial conditions and improve the content of the monitoring,sothat the basic,complete and refined data as an important geographical information to accelerate the economic and social development of reference.
