Under the new economic situation, how to realize the upgrading and optimization of the industrial structure and improve the comprehensive competition of China's industrial structure competition has become an economic issue concerned by both the Chinese government and academic circles. The rationalization of this issue will contribute to the sustained prosperity of China's economy, and producer services,as a strong starting point for industrial structure adjustment,is of great significance to the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure.Based on this background, this paper first describes the connotation and extension of producer services, describes the development of producer services, and analyzes the factors affecting the agglomeration of producer services. Then,by using the statistical methods and indicators such as spatial gini coefficient and locational entropy index, the spatial agglomeration, evolution and regional differences of producer services and six sub-sectors in 31 provinces and autonomous regions are analyzed. The panel data econometric model is used to analyze the factors influencing the agglomeration of producer services in different regions and the regional differences,so as to reflect the differences of the factors influencing the agglomeration of different regions. Finally, taking the panel data of 31 provinces and autonomous regions from 2008 to 2018 as the research sample, the spatial panel model of producer services and six subsectors was fitted based on the comprehensive spatial weight matrix of geography and economy. The spatial panel lag model, spatial panel error model and spatial panel dubin model are used to analyze the mechanism of the influencing factors. The results show that, from the analysis of the influencing factors in different regions, the effects of each influencing factor are different in different regions. The correlation degree of manufacturing industry has a positive effect on the agglomeration of producer services in the second, third and fifth regions.Labor input has a positive effect on the agglomeration of producer services in all regions. The level of urbanization has a positive effect on the agglomeration of producer services in the first and third regions. The level of economic development has a negative effect on the agglomeration of producer services except the third category. The degree of opening to the outsideworld has positive and negative effects on the agglomeration of producer services in various regions. From the analysis of influencing factors of producer services and subdivided industries in China, labor input has a significant positive effect on the agglomeration of labor-intensive producer services, such as "transportation, warehousing and postal services","leasing and commercial services" and "wholesale and retail".The level of economic development also plays a certain role in promoting its agglomeration. The level of opening to the outside world has shown a certain inhibitory effect on the agglomeration of some labor-intensive producer services, such as "transportation, storage and postal" industry and "wholesale and retail" industry. For the capital-intensive financial industry, the informatization level and labor input have a promoting effect on its agglomeration, and the correlation degree of manufacturing industry has a significant inhibiting effect on its agglomeration. For technology-intensive producer services, such as "information transmission, computer services and software" and "scientific research, technical services and geological survey",labor input and urbanization level play a significant role in promoting their agglomeration.
