The aviation industry has made great progress in recent years.The use of aerial photogrammetry has made great contributions to the safety and progress of human society.The imaging quality of aerial cameras has become a decisive factor.Imaging quality is affected by many factors.Among them,the design of the optical system and its component design are particularly important.Therefore,the camera optical system needs to be designed,and the structural design of the aerial camera components must be designed to make the camera compact and lightweight.This article studies the camera optical system and mechanical structure.The main research contents are as follows:1)The design process of the optical system is analyzed,and an aspheric surface-based aerial camera optical system is designed.Using the aspheric lens surface curvature and the superiority of ordinary spherical lenses,the camera optical system has been optimized to improve the imaging quality of the camera and reduce the overall camera weight.The athermal design proves the temperature adaptability of the system.The ZYGO digital interferometer is used to detect the aspheric lens to ensure that the lens meets the requirements of surface accuracy.2)Analyze the stray light performance of the aerial camera optical system,combined with the optomechanical structure design and stray light analysis,optimize the design of the hood and the light blocking ring.Calculate the PST value of the point source transmittance at different off-axis angles of the light source,draw the PST curve of the optical system,and verify the suppression ability of the stray light of the optical system at each incident angle.3)Carry out the mechanical structure design of the aerial camera components,and select the materials of each component according to the performance of the aerial camera.Through the finite element modeling of the camera components,the stability of the working state of the aerial camera components and the surface accuracy of the lens are verified.Ensure that the camera components have sufficient dynamic stiffness,cannot resonate in the working environment,and will not cause large plastic deformation to achieve the desired effect of the design.4)Evaluate the aerial camera system based on aspheric surface,prepare the required instruments and equipment,build the aspheric aerial camera ground detection imagingsystem,use the resolution test card to analyze the resolution and clarity of the image collected by the imaging system,and verify the non-spherical Whether the spherical aerial camera system meets the imaging quality requirements.
