The Iron and steel industry is one of the basic industries of China's economic development,and the level of iron and steel industry determines the degree of China's industrialization.The main raw material of steel is pig iron,and smelting through blast furnace is the main method to obtain pig iron.Blast furnace system equipment includes: Top System Equipment Unit,hot blast stove system equipment unit,furnace front system equipment unit,slag treatment system equipment unit.The top equipment unit is the key equipment in the process of blast furnace smelting,and its stable and long-term operation directly affects the output of blast furnace.Since the new 4150 m blast furnace system of Baotou steel was put into operation,the deformation of the internal bracket,internal groove and wear of the distributor have affected the normal production of the blast furnace system.In September 2016,after the replacement of the domestic distributor made by a factory,the OPTIMUS groove of the distributor dropped off three times in the course of production due to the deformation of the bracket of the distributor.Based on this background,this paper finds out the cause of the deformation of the trough bracket of the distributor and optimizes it to solve the problem of the clay groove.In this paper,firstly,the internal internal internal hove bracket,hove fitting body and upper and lower slewing bearing are analyzed in detail.At the same time,the author analyzes the bearing force of the bracket pin support in the distributing of the cloth,and finds out the main factors which cause the deformation of the bracket bracket,including the small crosssection area of the bracket side arm and the small arc area under the bracket,the angle of the bracket is too small.Then,the bracket is modeled by the modeling software Works,and the structure of the bracket is optimized according to the conclusion of the stress analysis.The finite element analysis of the bracket of the distributing device is carried out with the help of the finite element analysis software ANSYS,after increasing the size of the cross section and imposing the constraint conditions,the results of the analysis are compared,which provides theoretical support for the structure optimization.At the same time,the optimized bracket is analyzed by finite element method to simulate the industrial and mining environment,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified.Finally,using the above theoretical analysis and software analysis of the conclusions,combined with the actual working conditions of the field environment.Structural optimization of the clay groove of the on-site distributor.The theoretical analysis is proved to be correct by the actual situation on the spot.Extending the service life of the bracket ensures the smooth production of the blast furnace system and provides help for the actual production.
