Barun mine is a modern large-scale open-pit mine.It is a large-scale polymetal lic deposit mainly composed of iron,niobium and rare earth in the territory of dar hamming United banner,Baotou City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The co mplex genesis of the deposit,the changeable occurrence of the ore body,and the l ow degree of exploration in some ore sections lead to a large deviation between th e ore body exposed in production and the ore body explored.The unreliability of o re body data brings many adverse effects to production,such as production fluctuati on,production plan,mining design and engineering layout change frequently,etc.In the actual production process of the mine,if the deviation of the exploration ore body is too large,the design and production of the mine based on this will lead to the over excavation of the stripping material and the missing excavation of the or e,which will affect the production plan of the mine to a certain extent.The comp arison of exploration and mining,the analysis of the causes of the deviation,and t hen the correction or accurate prediction of the distribution of the mining body will help to better guide the mine production and improve the production efficiency of the mine.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of the mining area,Surpac so ftware is used to carry out three-dimensional visual analysis and modeling of explor ation and mining data of Barun mine.On this basis,comparative analysis of explor ation and mining is carried out,and the ore body distribution of the mining bench is predicted by using BP neural network.(1)According to the content of exploration and mining comparison of similar mines and the actual situation of Barun mine,the area error,area coincidence rate,shape distortion rate,thickness error rate and center point offset distance are deter mined as the content of exploration and mining comparison of Baren mine.At the same time,with the help of three-dimensional software of mine,the three-dimensional visualization model of orebody of Barun mine based on exploration data and pro duction data is established respectively,which is used for the shape and The form of production ore body is visualized,and provides graphic basis for the comparativ e analysis of exploration and mining.(2)Based on the establishment of the three-dimensional model,the map needed for the exploration and mining comparison is made,and the parameter data neede d for the exploration and mining comparison such as the area of each section,the area of coincidence,the area of non coincidence and the width of the map are furt her obtained.The error value of the corresponding comparison parameter is obtaine d by using the empirical formula of exploration and mining comparison,and the ch aracterization relationship and the cause of the difference between the parameters of the exploration and mining results are analyzed.(3)Taking the map data made by Surpac software as the parameter source,a prediction model of the ore body distribution of the bench to be mined is establish ed by using BP neural network.The comparative analysis of the predicted ore bod y and the exposed ore body,the exploration ore body and the exposed ore body is carried out respectively.The results show that the predicted ore body distribution i s close to the exposed ore body,which verifies the accuracy of the neural network prediction of the ore body distribution of the bench to be mined Feasibility.
