Enterprise efficiency evaluation is a very important work in real life.Whether the efficiency evaluation of an enterprise is reasonable or not is directly related to the development of the enterprise.A scientific and effective method of efficiency evaluation is helpful to the correct decision of the enterprise.It is of great practical significance to provide a set of convenient and reliable efficiency evaluation method for enterprises.Therefore,based on the reality,researching the literature on the relative efficiency evaluation methods of enterprises,and combining with related theories,this thesis uses operation knowledge to improve the relevant decision-making model,and then use computer software for simulation to a set of scientific and effective efficiency evaluation method.Data envelopment analysis(DEA)is widely used to evaluate the relative efficiency of multi-input and multi-output systems,including European national financial systems and Chinese auto enterprises,coal enterprises,wine enterprises,listed logistics enterprises,etc.There are some problems in using the traditional DEA method to rank the efficiency scores of enterprises.For example,the efficiency scores are multiple,the weights are not comparable,and the weight consensus is low.To solve the problem of incomparable efficiency scores,this thesis set maximize the enterprise consensus as the second objective function to construct the second objective function model.To avoid the emergence of extreme weights,this thesis constructed a weight restriction model.To make weights comparable,this thesis transformed multiplier weights into standardized weights.In order to solve the problem of low consensus,the bargaining thought was used to DEA.A set of common weights(CSW)with high consensus was determined based on bargaining thought and DEA,and then the efficiency evaluation of the enterprise was performed.The main purpose of this study is to apply the bargaining thought to DEA,determine the CSW with high consensus,and then evaluate the relative efficiency of each enterprise.The main content and research results of this thesis are summarized as follows:(1)This thesis first reviewed the domestic and foreign studies of the DEA method in enterprise efficiency evaluation,combed and analyzed the pros and cons of the DEA method and the methods of solving the CSW.As such,a theoretical foundation was laid for this study.(2)This thesis controlled multiple solutions and excessive flexibility of indicator weights of enterprise's relative efficiency evaluation by constructing a weight restriction model and the second objective function model.The weight restriction model avoidedextreme weight solutions and shrank the weight range in the process of determining the CSW.This thesis proposed a secondary objective function model by minimizing efficiency deviation(minimizing the sum of deviation between the self-evaluated efficiency of each enterprise and the peer-efficiency of the enterprise evaluated by another reference enterprise).The secondary objective function model can effectively control the multiple solutions of indicator weights of enterprise's relative efficiency evaluation.(3)This thesis solved the problem of noncomparable weights by converting incomparable multiplier weights into standardized weights.In addition,this thesis also studied the relationship between the multiplier weight ratio and the standardized weight ratio,converted the standardized weight ratio to the multiplier weight ratio,and then brought it into the weight restriction model to achieve the game process of indicator weights of enterprise's relative efficiency evaluation.(4)This thesis solved the problem of low consensus by combining the bargaining thought to DEA.In the process of the CSW,each iteration was one time of a game.The lower the consensus of the indicator weight was,the more compromises was.As the number of iterations progresses,a CSW with high consensus was obtained,and then the relative efficiency of each enterprise was evaluated based on the CSW.(5)The reliability of the proposed method was verified by the application of an example.This thesis applied the proposed method to an specific application,and performed reliability testing,performance comparison,and sensitivity analysis.The application results showed that the proposed method can solve the problems of the traditional DEA method,and scientifically evaluated of the relative efficiency of each enterprise.
