In the process of hot rolling coil production in a domestic iron and steel enterprise,the phenomenon of code deviation,wrong code and missing code often occurs when the code is printed manually.In order to solve this problem,this paper studies and designs a robot based automatic laser marking system for hot rolled steel coil.Through the process analysis of the hot rolling coil production line,the hot rolling coil coding scheme is determined,the control system structure is built,and the system hardware selection and design are completed;the positioning control strategy of the coding robot is reasonably determined by comprehensively considering the control requirements and production costs,and the robot studio is selected and introduced to complete the proximity switch number design,work object analysis and modeling,and machine Robot human control strategy writing,robot motion program realization,robot path optimization and final on-site debugging,to get the robot path that meets the requirements;through Solid Works The software models and assembles the key parts of the robot,uses ANSYS software to analyze the influence of hot-rolled steel coil on the high-temperature thermal radiation of the key parts of the robot,reasonably determines the optimal placement position of the marking robot according to the analysis results,uses C# language to design a set of upper computer interface with the monitoring interface window,and realizes the operation and monitoring function of the marking system through the interface;In addition,through the Internet technology,the communication connection of the system is established to realize the Ethernet communication among the upper computer,MES system,laser code printer and robot.After the simulation experiment and field debugging,the system runs reliably,and is applied to the actual production,which meets the expected requirements.
