Indentation test has a great advantage compared with other mechanics test.First,the test can measuring the micro mechanical properties of material surface accurately,second,the test affected by the rock sample appearance shape hardly,third,they could measuring local mechanics performance of the sample,at last,they could work faster and more efficient.There is a closely related between macro-mechanical properties and microstructure of rock,obtain accurate microscopic mechanical properties of rock,a deeply study could be done after the rock macro-mechanical properties have been obtain.Indentation test has a high requirement for sample preparation.If the surface of the sample is not smooth enough,the mechanical data of indentation test will have a large deviation.We usually use roughness to judge whether the smooth of the sample surface meets the requirements of indentation test.Therefore,it is significance to study the influence of the preparation process on the roughness;The corrosion of chemical solution in geotechnical engineering have a great influence on engineering safety.The essence of the influence of chemical action on geotechnical mechanics is the change of the microscopic composition and microstructure of rocks,as well as the promotion of the change of composition and microstructure by various solutions.We could clearly release the process with the indentation test.In this paper,I mainly study the preparation conditions of indentation sample and the change mechanisms of granite mechanical properties under the chemical corrosion with preparation test,surface morphology test,micro-indentation test and the cluster analysis:In the first,I make a red sandstone comparative preparation test.I used the white light three-dimensional topography instrument to obtain the roughness parameters which could evaluate the preparation process.I analytical mechanical data with clustering,the data obtain by macro-indentation.The result shown that grinding and polishing have a on samples' surface morphology and mechanical properties of sandstone.The change of roughness could evaluate preparation process accurately.Others,the increasing time of polishing will reduce standard error of mechanical.IN the second,I study on granite treated by chemical corrosion and high temperature.I also gain the mechanical parameters by macro-indentation,analytical by clustering analysis.The result shown that chemical corrosion will expand mechanical data distribution and the high temperature has a great influence on mechanical properties of granite.In especial,the mechanical properties of felspar will be greatly reduced over 400?.
