The development of domestic economic volume and stable power system output are the main reasons for the rapid development of air conditioning.In addition to the advanced manufacturing system of technological,model and organizational innovation at the macro level,the high-quality and reliable products at the micro level are undoubtedly an important part of intelligent manufacturing.According to the survey,in the process of urbanization,the design and service life of high-rise buildings and household air conditioning are asymmetric.Low reliability of household air conditioning will undoubtedly bring expensive maintenance and recovery costs,even waste of social resources;reducing the failure rate of household air conditioning is an important guarantee to improve user experience and reduce the risk of high-altitude maintenance of household air conditioning.Therefore,it has great social and economic benefits to improve the reliability of air conditioning system,and find,diagnose and eliminate faults in time.For contemporary designers,(1)Not only consider the function and form of product superposition,but also conduct cross-study with engineering discipline to improve the reliability of product life cycle.(2)Using and expanding the theory of design and psychology to analyze the psychological reliability of product users.In this paper,the theory of fuzzy fault tree is used to analyze the reliability of the physical properties of household air conditioning,and the knowledge related to design and psychology is used to analyze the product reliability of user's psychology.The research content mainly includes:1.Analysis of the fault problems of the existing household air conditioners.Through the tracking investigation of the whole life cycle of air conditioning products,the fault problems of existing air conditioning are summarized.2.Research on fuzzy fault tree analysis.According to the fuzzy fault tree model of air conditioning system,the possibility of fuzzy failure in different states of top event and the importance of each component in different states of top event are calculated,and the key components affecting the reliability of air conditioning system are found out to provide decision for design and development.3.The application of theories and methods related to design and psychology.This paper analyzes the user's psychological reliability of air conditioning with the theory of design psychology.Based on the interpretation of the regional culture of the Yi nationality in Liangshan,a product design method that conforms to the psychological reliability of users is finally formed.4.Designing scheme of the air conditioning product.(1)Based on the fuzzy fault tree,the important components that affect the reliability of air conditioning are used to optimize the structure and function of air conditioning.The feasibility of this method is verified by comparison and experimental analysis.(2)Based on the analysis ofthe Yi nationality user's psychological reliability,it designs new air conditioning products and evaluate the design scheme to verify the feasibility of user's psychological reliability research.This paper makes up for the shortage of quantitative analysis and research on the reliability of household air conditioning in the industry,and creatively divides the reliability of household air conditioning into the reliability of product inherent structure and function and the reliability of user psychology,which provides a certain reference for the cross-over study of industrial design and engineering.
