Along with the Chinese machinery manufacturing industry long-term deepeningstudies for precision CNC machine, In the process of producing precision CNC machine,people have summed up several important factors which influence the accuracy stabilityof precision CNC machine tool, such as the level of manufacturing and assembly, thestand of the NC system and feed system, the influence of thermal deformation, thestrength of the lathe bed stiffness, etc., these factors will directly affect the finalperformance of a machine.The object of this project is the accuracy stability of CK6120Miniaturized precisionCNC machine tool, which aims to solve the practical problems of CK6120CNC machineappear in the processing, testing process, and provide theoretical basis and parameters ofsupport for the development of the CK6120CNC machine tool; it also provides referenceand experience for the design work of precision CNC machine in China to a certainextent in order to meet the urgent needs of the precision CNC machine for the domesticautomotive, aviation, aerospace, Marine, bearing, printing presses, military machineryand many other industries.The main topic is research For the failure occurred of CK6120Miniaturizedprecision CNC machine during the development of research, using the assembly andmanufacturing error, principle error and using error caused by work to carry out the work,focusing on the precision of manufacturing and assembly for machine parts,environmental factors interfere, servo feed system performance, Machine tool thermaldeformation caused by thermal effects, Vibration caused by insufficient stiffness bed andsome other sources of error specific problems affecting the accuracy of CNC machine,Specific issues specific analysis, and proposes the corresponding solution.This topic uses the three-dimensional modeling of machine tool NX8.0componentsand virtual prototype assembly; The kinetic theory, vibration theory and finite elementmethod as the theoretical basis; using the theory of matrix; analytic geometry knowledgeto establish the mathematical model of some factors; using finite element analysissoftware hyper works carried out on the machine bed free modal analysis to identify beddesign weak parts, thereby to optimize the structure, reducing vibration distortion, avoidresonance phenomenon.This topic has successfully resolved a number of practical problems that affect onthe accuracy stability of CK6120machine during production and processing, making theCK6120Miniaturized precision CNC machine meet the acceptance requirements of stability, to some extent, providing some references and experiences for our futuredevelopment of precision CNC machine.
