| Since the period of "the 11th Five-Year Plan",in order to further reduce the effluent concentrations of Nitrogen and Phosphorous from the sewage treatment plants in Taihu Basin,a lot of ecological purification projects have been built to deeply treat the effluent of sewage treatment plants in Jiangsu Province.However,the ecological purification projects which have been built lack the holistic evaluation of operating condition,removal efficiency and so on.To overcome this limitation,with field researching on the real situation of ecological purification projects operating in Taihu Basin,this paper established an index system based on the development of a composite indicator embracing economic,environmental and management,and 13 indexes totally.Then,with scoring the weights by experts,this paper finally established an evaluation system which fits the ecological purification projects in Taihu Basin.After it,this paper selects 3 typical ecological purification projects as a case study which evaluates the performance of them by using AHP method.Finally,it proposes optimization schemes of technique and suggestions to promote ecological purification projects in Taihu Basin,with analyzing the result of the performance evaluation. |
