So far in our country,the construction waste has accounted for about 35%of the total municipal waste.A large part of the untreated,adopt the way of burying or deposited in the open air,caused serious pollution to the environment.As the main pollutants of construction waste and waste concrete,caused a great negative impact on the environment.At the same time,the concrete production needs a lot of sand and gravel aggregate,the continuous mining in recent years,the natural aggregate dries up,the mining at the same time also can cause pollution to the environment,and the cost is huge.The reuse of recycled aggregates can reduce the environmental impact of construction waste,the environmental protection and resource utilization has the practical significance.As to the plate as a template for assembly shed situ concrete hollow floor,but the actual use This article through to the basic mechanics performance of the recycled aggregates and recycled concrete aspects of experimental research,some of the physical properties of recycled aggregates,such as water absorption and crush index,bulk density,apparent density,grain size distribution,and natural aggregate are compared,analyzed the basic physical properties of recycled aggregates and recycled concrete,the basic mechanical properties.The basic mechanics performance of the recycled concrete experiment,we made 60 pieces of standard 150 mm × 150 mm × 150 mm test cube and 30 pieces of 150 mm X 150 mm X 600 mm standard rectangle block,to the recycled concrete compressive strength and flexural strength test research,of which two kinds of water cement ratio of 0.5 and 0.5 and 0%,30%,50%,70%,100%,five for recycled aggregate variables,the lateral and longitudinal comparative analysis.To 28 d after standard curing test block,one study found that the increasing number of recycled concrete with recycled aggregates and recycled concrete cube compressive strength gradually decreased,the C20 and C30 concrete strength changed little,roughly can be concluded that the low strength of recycled aggregate concrete and natural aggregate concrete,strength satisfies the requirement of structure to use.Especially when replace rate below 30%,basically the same as the natural aggregate concrete.Flexural strength test show that the flexural strength disincreased,but basically no change.
