Citrus Pectin Adsorption Of Lead And Its Production Workshop Design Research

With the rapid development of modern economy,industrialization,urbanization,heavy metal pollution in food is increasingly serious.Especially the pollutionof Pb is very common.Biological adsorbent is a new heavy metals recovery technology.Exploring new biological adsorbent is meaning for dissolving the heavy metal pollution and excluding heavy metal out of human body.In this research,we used the citrus peel,pectin,and the residue after pectin extraction as raw materials.The Pb2+adsorption capacity,adsorption isothermal model,adsorption kinetic and thermodynamic propertiesof pectin was studied under different balance pH value,temperature,and time,and eterminedthe maximum adsorption capacity and the equilibrium,the activation energy and adsorption equilibrium constant.On this basis,this topic in citrus peel as raw material,acid extraction method to extract the citrus pectin and 600tons of pectin factory design In this paper,main conclusions are as follows:1.Throughadsorption experiment of Pb2+,pectin and the residue after pectin extraction,it was found out that pectin take responsibility of 53.5%adsorption of Pb2+that of citrus peel,indicating that pectin was the main material of adsorption.2.Pectin with different degree of esterificaiton(DE= 82.32%,DE = 75.57%,DE=64.56%,DE = 55.88%)was prepared by acid method.Then the adsorption experiment of pectin with different DE was studied.It was found that the solution pH is one of the important factors,the best adsorption of lead pectin pH is 5.0.At the temperature range of 4℃to 30 ℃,when temperature rising,the adsorption rate increased,at the range of 30℃ to 90℃,when the temperature rising,the adsorption rate reduced,It proves that the adsorption of heavy metal ions is an exothermic process.Adsorption kinetics research results show that it achieves the adsorption equilibrium within 20 min,and which consistent with the secondary dynamics equation.3.Through the experiment of pectin with different degree of esterification,different pH,temperature,adsorption time and initial metal ions,it indicated that high esterificationhas good effect on the adsorption,of pectin and increasing with the rising of the degree.4.After makinga plane design on the pectin production workshop,we obtained process flow diagram and workshop layout.
