As the world of conventional crude oil consumption,which reserves have significantly reduced,and the increase in viscosity is very serious,the application status of heavy oil beening promoted.High viscosity,density and poor flow of heavy crude oil bring many technical challenges to mining,gathering,processing and other aspects.Traditional mining methods for reducing viscosity of heavy oil was not obvious,the study found that the combined use of traditional mining methods,and in the underground injection of catalyst and hydrogen donor,can make the heavy crude oil reacting aquathermolysis of irreversible viscosity.The essence of reaction: It caused some macromolecules of oil to generate splitting,destroy its molecular structure,so as to improve the quality of heavy crude oil.In this paper,using high temperature and pressure in the reactor were carried out on three heavy Chunhui indoor simulation study to analyze the physical and chemical properties,and catalysts were characterized with seven kinds of homemade,select the best catalyst used in the viscosity,hydrogen donor research its amount,add water,reaction temperature and reaction time the influence of the thermal cracking reaction,and the sample before and after reaction were viscosity measurement,determination of four components,element analysis and ir analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Optimum experimental conditions of Chunhui 1 well heavy oil :oil-water ratio is 8:2,mass fraction of ferric oxalate is 0.2wt%,mass fraction of ten hydrogen naphthalene is 6 wt%,reaction temperature is 200,reaction time is 22 h,viscosity ratio is 97.4%.(2)Optimum experimental conditions of Chunhui 2 well heavy oil: oil-water ratio is 7:3,mass fraction of nickel benzoate is 0.3 wt%,mass fraction of decahydronaphthalene is 8 wt%,reaction temperature is 200,reaction time is 24 h.In the three of heavy crude oil,the maximum viscosity is Chunhui 2 well,viscosity ratio is 94.8%.(3)Optimum experimental conditions of heavy Chunhui 3 well oil : oil-water ratio is 8:2,mass fraction of iron oleate is 0.2 wt%,mass fraction of decahydronaphthalene is 5 wt%,reaction temperature is 200,reaction time is 20 h,viscosity ratio is 94.6%.(4)Through the four components and infrared analysis,Light components of oil such as saturated and aromatics content increased significantly,while the heavies such as resin and asphaltene content in a substantial decline in the total component.Aquathermolysis reaction leads to large molecular chain rupture,loosed of the molecular structure,cohesion reduce and ultimately the viscosity of heavy oil upgrading.Contents of article has a very important guiding significance to the aquathermolysis of upgrading and viscosity reduction for heavy crude oil.
