In recent years,several nonferrous corporation tycoons like Sino-Aluminum,Yunnan-Copper have come into reality with the increase of nonferrous output.Meanwhile,many enterprises varying in size mushroomed up,distributing all over the nation.According to some reported data,China had been ranked as top first for many years due to its output regarding about ten kinds of nonferrous metal.Among those metals,aluminum was the most exceptional.At current,those comparatively advanced more than dozen enterprises in the world have successfully developed APS adapted to aluminum processing and production.Furthermore,they have taken that system into actual application.The Aluminum processing industries mentioned in this article are raw aluminum,positive electrode,electric power,rolling,aluminum plate,casting,foil making,shaping and other sub-industry.Those could form whole integral industrial chain and industrial complex.In 2012,the sales reached up to 18 billion in RMB,ranking as top 500 enterprises in China.Through practice by author,he made deep research for APS system aluminum aiming to adapt aluminum production process,regarding following aspects:1.through the research to every aluminum production process,aluminum production model could be established.Meanwhile,the flow floor plan and calculating ways for scheduling were researched also.For each procedure its main production process includes the factors of time,person,resource,investing materials,output materials,replaceable resource,cost,logics with other procedures.2.starting from analyzing the aluminum production process,the production plan was simulated to make out an optimal production plan.That includes the factors as minimum completion time,the key route of flow floor,the earliest starting time for each procedure,the latest termination time for each procedure,whether the resource can cater the demands,what ways for scheduling each resource.3.through the researching on the planning and scheduling system of aluminum enterprise,an automatic scheduling system was made aiming to maximum the output at minimum cost under the pattern of optimal resource configuration.Although each production rules could be embodied obviously,some uncertain factors must be taken into account,Furthermore,it is a must to compare the simulated APS scheduling result with that made by manual way to find possible problems.After the experience of more than one year,the APS system described in this arti cle had brought great improvement in output.The index produced by systematic sche duling got obvious superiority to manual scheduling.Meanwhile,the informational le vel was upgraded for enterprise,and the ERP and MES could be fulfilled easily.
