| Garment CAD is applied the theory and technology in the field of CAD to all aspects of Garment industry for improving the producing efficiency and the quality of the products.Due to the urgent needs of the Garment industry,the realization of the garment CAD system and the continuing expansion of its functions have become one of the targets of garment CAD researchers in recent years.Some small or medium-sized garment companies at home still design clothes in traditional way;especially the old masters,they still insist on designing garment by hands,which will take a lot of time and energy.To reduce the time,use discordered digitizer input,at the same time,the thesis introduces a new approach which is taking digital photos as the garment input and discusses its theory and implementation procedure.By using this method,it will not only greatly shorten the period of garment design and increase input efficiency of basic patterns of Garment CAD,but reduce the manual labor of costume designers and save their time.On the other hand,the input by digitizer,which has the problems of low efficiency and low precision.To solve the problems,we use the method of random input for and improving the efficiency of input by digitizer.The main research work of this thesis focuses on the following aspects:(1)A disordered digitizer input method is introduced.The traditional input by digitizer,which has the problems of complicated work,low efficiency and low precision.To improve these problem,using discordered digitizer input.By using this method,the efficiency of garment generation is improved a lot and the input becomes more convenient.(2)Built and implemented the calibration technology based on the digital camera and completing the geometric correction of cut piece image;Research the method of digital image processing,complete the tracking of the edge and outline of image and the extracting of corner detection.It describes common parametric curve and surface modeling and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages in garment CAD.And finally complete the curve fitting of garment outline.(3)Put forward a kind of intelligent algorithm of automatic garment identification.Garment identification consists of three steps,including removing redundant curves,detecting connected regions and identifying the largest garment for each connected region.Identifying the largest garment is based on the rule of maximum angle,that is,repeatedly find the curve which has the maxi-mum angle with the current curve until the end vertex is equal to the start vertex.Experiments show that this method can successfully generate garment with arbitrary complex topology and can be used generally in cloth design.(4)Establish system develop environment,and complete system frame and program. |
