This paper selects material in yanshan petrochemical pipeline cleaning,with a diameter of 300 mm,200 m in length,fouling hard grease oil pipeline as the object of study,comprehensive analysis of the pipeline of high pressure water jet work environment,and designs a scientific pipe high pressure water jet from into the cleaning solution.With high pressure water jet spray cleaning fluid characteristics as the breakthrough point,the parameters are optimized and the cleaning device is designed.On the basis of research work,this article can be summarized as the following aspects:(1)Through the analysis of the mechanism of pipeline scaling analysis,the physical characteristics of the hard dirt in the oil delivery pipe are understood.And the way the oil pipeline dirt is broken way by high pressure water jet is analysed.Based on the analysis of the micro force of the scale,the selection of high pressure water jet is conducted.Understand the relationship between the jet impact force,jet pressure,work flow and nozzle diameter through the macro stress analysis of the fouling layer,and find ways to adjust jet hitting force for pipeline automatic cleaning device to provide a theoretical basis for design.(2)In order to be used as the research object,the cleaning environment and scaling of the pipe fittings are analyzed,the reasonable pipeline cleaning scheme and the cleaning process are designed,and the basic working parameters are determined.(3)Using the numerical simulation method to optimize the parameters of the jet impact force.The best jet angle,the best target distance and the best nozzle diameter are analyzed.(4)Use self-designed high-pressure water jets shooting device for the mechanical experiment of water jet.By changing the different target distance,the relationship between target distance and jet strike is obtained.The correctness of the simulation results simulation results are verified and the rationality of the design of cleaning device is confirmed.(5)Firstly,design the structure of the nozzle and the rotating nozzle,and arrange the installation angle and space layout of the nozzle reasonably according to the simulation results of the jet parameters.Secondly,the structure of the nozzle rotating assembly is designed,and the problem of the seal and the speed limit of the rotating nozzle is solved.Again,analyse thespace limitation of pipeline cleaning equipment,and control the size of the entire device reasonably to solve the problem of cleaning equipment for the cleaning pipeline.Finally,evaluate the overall design of the cleaning device comprehensively,and judge the production significance and the value of application.
