| In allusion to the growing third-party threat of sabotage and deficiencies of the common technologies briefly analyzed by this article for the security pre-warning techniques based on the optical Fiber for the oil and gas pipelines,combined with actual demands on China’s pipeline optical fiber pre-warning device,the author puts forward a new technology based on the Phase-Sensitive Optical Time-domain Reflectometer(Φ-OTDR).These new technologies making up the deficiency of previous ones have the advantages of less fiber resources occupying,high sensitivity,available for monitoring long distance pipeline,easy construction,having the ability of precise positioning for concurrent multiple thread events,etc.The signal processing part of this article gives a practical and detailed solution,and designs a set of the oil and gas pipeline security pre-warning system.The system software which has strong robustness and is easy to maintenance adopts the ideas of two-stage producer/consumer model and modular design,so that its modules have a clear assignment of responsibilities and duties with low coupling from each other.In the end,by targeting the project’s requirement as well as many years of programming experience,the author summarizes some common performance optimization method of high reference value for LabVIEW programs.The security pre-warning system developed in this subject should have a good prospect of application,due to its wide usage in some of the old pipes and most of the new pipeline. |
