5L scale-up preparation technology of PC-1 catalyst was introduced in this paper,and propylene polymerization evaluation study about the system was completed.The research results showed that polypropylene catalyst PC-1 was highly active and polymers had properties such as high isotacticity,high bulk density,and low rate of fine powder,etc.Benchmarking analysis showed that all PC-1 catalyst properties reached the level of similar industrial catalysts.In 60,000t/a intermittent liquid-phase bulk polymerization polypropylene(PP)industrial equipments,the application experiment of PC-1 catalyst was carried out and compared with current reference catalysts.Results showed that the operation performance of the PC-1 catalyst was good,the dynamic process was smooth,the controlling temperature of polymerization reaction and pressure all achieved the level of reference catalysts;In the situation of similar yield in single reactor,the reaction time could be reduced by 0.5 h,and single reactor conversion was 2.5%higher;Under the same operating condition,the activity was 43.05 kg/g equivalent to that of reference catalyst(42.85 kg/g);All quality indicators of polypropylene products completely met the product quality requirements,and the overall performance was slightly better than conference catalysts products,fine powder(particles of less than 80 meshes)content was 2.57%lower than the conference catalysts products.260 L pilot enlargement experiments were made a breakthrough,pilot catalyst activity,titanium content and ester content were all qualified,and the polypropylene polymerized by catalyzing propylene was good bulk density and isotacticity.50 L level enlargement preparation technology of polycyclic 1,4-diesters internal electron donor was also developed:the purity of internal electron donor reached 99.6%,product yield reached 76%,the catalyst performance was good.
