The Study Of Zj1835 And Pendimethalin 30%Suspoemulsion

The pollutions to the environment have great harms to people’s health,which were caused by pesticides and conventional pesticide formulations(eg,EC)in the production,the process and the using.Water-based,particle,multifunction and safety pesticide formulations have become a green tendency of pesticide development.Efficient,safe and environmental friendly pesticide formulations(eg,SE)have a rapid development.ZJ1835 is a new created pesticide which is higher effective and lower toxic than the other.It can control the important acerose endogen and dicotyledonous weed in the Cotton fields;however the effective duration of ZJ1835 is short.Pendimethalin can control most broadleaf and grass weeds in the Cotton fields and the effective duration is long.As for ZJ1835 and Pendimethalin’s unique biological activities,ZJ 1835 and Pendimethalin 30%suspoemulsion was studied in order to effective prevention and treatment various types of weeds in cotton fields.(1)The greenhouse experiments were employed to confirm the application rationality of ZJ1835 and pendimethalin mixture.The results showed that the mixture was more effective compared with ZJ1835 or pendimethalin.And the interaction between the two herbicides was evaluated additive action,which confirmed the optimal proportional range of ZJ1835 and pendimethalin 30%suspoemulsion is 1:2.。(2)The different wetting dispersing agents,solvent,emulsifier and other additives were judged by drop point and trial-and-error method.The formula of ZJ1835 and pendimethalin 30%suspoemulsion is:ZJ1835 10%,pendimethalin 20%,FS3000 4%,SXC 0.5%,YUS-5050PB 3.5%,601-P1.5%,Ethylene Glycol 5%,Xanthan Gum 0.1%,magnesium aluminum silicate 1%,defoamer0.1%,water to 100%.The product is in line with the technical requirements by mensurating its appearance,active ingredient content,pH,suspensibility,screen analysis,viscosity,heat storage stability and low temperature stability,persistent foaming.(3)The laboratory security trial with the three formulations:ZJ 1835 and pendimethalin 30%suspoemulsion and the other contrast 20%ZJ1835 SC and 40%pendimethalin EC.Each formulation sets six doses and two repetition,and these doses were sprayed to six kinds of weeds with spray treatment before germination,The results showed that 30%ZJ1835 and pendimethalin suspoemulsion was more effective than the others which were used in the same doses.
