Electrochemical chemiluminescence?ECL?of nanoclusters is the combination of electrochemical reaction and chemiluminescence reaction.The main reason is that the free radicals are generated on the surface of the electrode under the excitation of electric energy,and then the high energy electron transfer reaction is carried out to form an excited state phenomenon.Noble metal nanoclusters?MCs?are emerging class of nanomaterials,which are widely used in the research and application of ECL due to their unique physical and chemiluminescent properties.ECL has become a new effective analysis tool,which is widely used in clinical,environmental and industrial fields,mainly related to immunoassay,analysis and detection of food and water quality,because of its fast,high sensitivity,and simplified optical devices.The research and application of electrochemical sensors based on noble metal nanomaterials have great research value and application prospect.In this paper,gold and silver nanoclusters?Au/Ag NCs?was prepared by using glutathione as a protective agent for the first time.It was found that the gold and silver nanoclusters could Electrochemical luminescence at the cathode in K2S2O8 system.andspermine can promote its electrochemical luminescence.Based on this phenomenon,a specific and highly sensitive electrochemiluminescence sensor for spermine was constructed and applied to the spermine standard and the actual sample Analysis of the detection.In addition,the changes of fluorescence properties and electrochemical luminescence properties of histamine gold nanoparticles modified by Schiff base were also explored.The carbon quantum dots were synthesized by microwave and the biosynthesis was explored.This paper mainly includes the following four aspects:1.The concept of electrochemiluminescence is briefly introduced,focusing on the synthesis of noble metal nanoclusters,the basic properties of noble metal nanoclusters,the basic reaction mechanism of electrochemiluminescence,the basic types of electrochemiluminescence,and the electrochemical sensors based on noble metal nanoclusters.Life analysis of the application of research and other aspects were reviewed.2.Using the glutathione as a protective agent,a highly water-soluble gold-silver alloy nanoclusters with red fluorescence were prepared for the first time,and it was found that it could chemically emit at the cathode in the K2S2O8 system,and the biomolecule-spermine could promote its Electrochemical luminescence,based on this phenomenon,to build a specific,highly sensitive detection of spermine electrochemi-cal luminescence sensor,and its application to the spermine standard solution and the actual sample analysis and detection.The linear range of spermine standard is 1×10-12to 1×10-5 M,the detection limit is 3×10-13 M,and the detection result of spermine in human urine is also stable and reliable.3.The feasibility of the formation of histidine gold cluster Schiff base by salicylaldehyde was studied and confirmed.It was found that the fluorescence of histidine gold nanoparticles was modified by fluorescence,but it could be electrochemically luminescent and stronger than that of histamine gold nanoparticles.The results showed that the fluorescence properties of histamine gold nanoparticles were different from that of ECL Nature of the opposite,may be due to the outer cluster of histidine and salicylaldehyde reaction,the occurrence of ligand exchange led to changes in its fluorescent properties.When the fluorescence quenching,the addition of glutathione and cysteine can be fluorescence reduction.4.A novel fluorescent carbon quantum dots were prepared by microwave method.After fluorescence quenching with Fe3+,the fluorescence reduction of various biomolecules was investigated.It was found that only cysteine,glutathione Peptide was able to specifically reduce,so the initial detection of cysteine,glutathione"OFF-ON"type fluorescent probe,the detection of glutathione to do a preliminary study.
