In this thesis,the digital image colorimetric analysis for iron and creatine based on different image acquisition devices was studied.The main contents are given as follows:Chapter 1: The concepts,principles,the main influence factor and the application of dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME)are reviewed.The digital image colorimetric analysis technology and the commonly used color spaces with different quantitative methods were surveyed in detail.Several commonly used equipments for image acquisition and their application were introduced and summarized.Chapter 2: A simple and low cost method for total iron in various samples based on dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME)coupled with digital scanning image analysis was proposed.Orthogonal experiment design was utilized to optimize the amount of extraction solvent and disperser solvent,O-phenanthroline concentration and buffer p H.Under the optimum conditions,the calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.047-1.0 μg m L-1(R2>0.99)of iron.The limit of detection(LOD)for iron was 14.1 μg L-1 and limit of quantification(LOQ)was 46.5 μg L-1.The relative standard deviations for seven replicate determinations of 0.5 μg m L-1 of iron was 3.75 %.The method can be successfully used for the determination of total iron in Lanzhou lily,Lycium barbaruml,and potentilla anserina and water samples.Chapter 3: The digital image colorimetric analysis method was developed using an android smart phone to detect sarcosine based on yellow-brown solutions of arccosine and NQS complex under the graphed oxide.The p H and the volume of graphed oxide were optimized.The free android color picker software Color Grab is used to pick color value of the solution.The linear relationship between the color value and sarcosine concentrations with various mathematical models was established.By comparing the linear range,sensitivity,LOD,the best mathematical model was selected to detect the arccosine in the practical samples.The results were compared with UV-vis spectrophotometric method and no significant differences were found.Chapter 4: An android smart phone based digital image colorimetric analysis was established for the rapid determination of total iron using 1,10-phenanthroline as the complexion reagent.The free android color picker software Color Grab was used to read the color value of the colored solution.Various parameters of using Color Grab were optimized.The principal component analysis(PCA)was used for analyzing the effect of color characteristic value in determination total iron.The method will provide some theory references for the improvement of smart phone or other portable devices based on colorimetry...
