With the rapid development of Biomedicine,polymer adsorbent used in clinical research has achieved remarkable results,Especially polymer adsorbent is used in blood purification technology.At present,adsorption properties of hypercrosslinked polystyrene resin is well applied in blood purification,but there are still some defects.On the one hand,the hypercrosslinked polystyrene resin used in blood purification decrease pH value of blood and will cause the coagulation phenomenon.On the other hand,in the synthesis of chloromethyl polystyrene resin,raw materials chloromethyl-methyl-ether is toxic.The reaction is not only harmful to human health,but also can cause the pollution to the environment.In order to solve the above two problems,acid resistant hypercrosslinked polystyrene resin is attempt to be synthesized.By chlorine methylation and crosslinking reaction of styrene-bivinylbenzene,hypercrosslinked polystyrene resin was synthesized.Amino acids and Residual chlorine in hypercrosslinked polystyrene resin adsorption occurred amination reaction.A series of different pore structure of low chlorine hypercrosslinked polystyrene adsorption resin can be synthesized by the different reaction conditions.The residual chlorine content,water content,the hydrophilic properties,surface area and IR spectrum of the resin were measured.and the pH value of the solution after the resin soaking in the solution was measured.The resins with buffer function were selected to study the adsorption properties of vitamin B12,pentobarbital sodium and creatinine.The experimental results showed that residual chlorine content of hypercrosslinked polystyrene resin is less than 3.6%,water content is about 65%.The specific surface area is more than 850 m2/g.Pore volume of the resin is about 1.05 cm3/g.The pH value of aqueous solution is 3.5-9.0 after resin soaking in solution.Hypercrosslinked polystyrene resin has good adsorption property on vitamin B12,pentobarbital sodium and creatinine.Adsorption performance meet the medical industrythe standard YY 0646-2009 "The blood perfusion".Methylal,paraformaldehyde and chlorosulfonic acid as Chlorine methylation reagent react to polystyrene-divinylbenzene under Catalysis of concentrated sulfuric acid,hydrochloric acid and Lewis acid,Chloride methylation polystyrene-divinylbenzene was synthesized.The effects of reaction conditions on chloride methylation reaction were studied,such as catalyst,reaction temperature,reaction time.The results show that when reaction temperature is 45? and reaction time is 48h under catalyst of ferric chloride,the chlorine content of the product can reach to more than 18%.With the new method,it is more friendly to people and the environment,more in line with the requirements of modern production.
