| With the rapid development of various types of pharmaceutical chemicals and health care products manufacturing industry,pharmaceutical wastewater has become one of the main industrial wastewater.With the improvement of pharmaceutical enterprises of wastewater emission standard constantly,the processing technology of many pharmaceutical companies can’t reach it.One of the important reasons is that the refractory organics can’t be well removed,which become a bottleneck in the pharmaceutical wastewater treatment.Therefore,the analysis of refractory organic matter and the evaluation of the existing treatment process are the important basis for the process improvement and upgrading.The typical antibiotic pharmaceutical enterprises,chemical synthetic pharmaceutical enterprises and pharmaceutical enterprises of traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed in this paper.GC / MS was used to analyze the influent and effluent water in the three typical pharmaceutical wastewater and the refractory organics in the effluent of the treatment system.Based on the relationship of Chemical Oxygen Demand and Theoretical Oxygen Demand,the contributions of different organics to COD was evaluated,combined with the refractory organics and effluent quality the three pharmaceutical companies of the existing treatment process problems was evaluated and put forward a preliminary improvement program.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)53 and 30 kinds of organic matter were detected respectively in the antibiotic wastewater in the influent and effluent with the process of "Microelectrolysis + ABR + SBR +Precipitation ".It was found that the acid,aldehydes,halogenated hydrocarbons and alcohols were not detected in the effluent.The largest contribution to the pollution of the influent was the heterocyclic organic matter,the contribution of the amines,heterocycles and aromatic hydrocarbons to wastewater pollution is 11.86% in the effluent;In the process of "ABR + biological contact oxidation + precipitation ",30 and 55 kinds of organic compounds were detected in the influent and effluent of traditional chinese medicine wastewater.It was found that halogenated hydrocarbons,olefins and phenol organic matter were detected in the effluent,the best contribution rate of COD in the influent is acid,the proportion of esters in the effluent is higher;36 and 30 kinds of organic matter were detected in the chemical synthesis pharmaceutical wastewater in the influent and effluent with the process of " Three-dimension electrolytic + Hydrolytic acidification + SBR+SBR+ precipitation ".It was found that the amines,heterocycles and aromatic hydrocarbons were not detected in the effluent.The semi-quantitative analysis showed that the highest contribution rate of COD in the influent was the esters,the proportion of organic compounds was high,There also were phthalic acid esters of toxic organic matter.(2)In the effluent of the pharmaceutical wastewater treatment system,the number of refractory organic matter in the aerobic effluent stage is increasing,the number of organic matter in the other stage is decreasing,and there is no organic matter in the econdary sedimentation tank effluent.The emergence of m-xylene and other priority control of pollutants and phthalates toxic and harmful degradation of organic matter.In the pretreatment,anaerobic and aerobic stage water samples,the organic matter with molecular weight between 100-150 is higher,the relative content of organic matter with molecular weight above 300 is higher in the secondary sedimentation tank,even the relative content and molecular weight into a linear relationship.(3)In order to reduce the high evaporation rate,the running cost and improve the treatment effect of the refractory organic matter,changing the existing treatment process "micro-electrolysis + ABR + SBR + precipitation " to " three-dimension electrolytic + UASB + ABR + SBR + precipitation " in the antibiotic production enterprises.In order to make the traditional chinese medicine pharmaceutical industry uniform water distribution in the process of wastewater treatment,improve the efficiency of the removal of refractory organic matter,replacing the treatment process "ABR + biological contact oxidation + precipitation " to " Hydrolytic acidification + UASB + ABR + biological contact oxidation + precipitation ".In order to improve the removal efficiency of COD and TN in the chemical synthesis of pharmaceutical wastewater,the composite microorganisms were added to the anaerobic and aerobic stages in the original treatment process. |
