In order to get the better microstructure and property of 6181 aluminum alloy,in the aluminum casting,molten aluminum alloy is applied to the external field concussion is one of research hotspots at home and abroad.In this paper,6181 aluminum,for example,when 6181 aluminum alloy is casting,we applied a pulse current field,static magnetic field,pulse current and static magnetic field.Discovery the different influence of outfield for 6181 aluminum alloy plate microstructure and property,get the following conclusions:(1)Organization of conventional including coarse columnar crystal and dendrite,and the grain size is larger;(2)Compared with conventional casting microstructure,applied a pulse current,static magnetic,pulse current and the static magnetic field of 6181 aluminum alloy casting organizations have played an effect of grain refinement,while the best effect of the resulting is composite field applied pulses current and static magnetic field;(3)Applied external field can make 6181 aluminum alloy casting organizations solute elements distribution,while the best effect of the resulting is composite field applied pulses current and static magnetic field;(4)Applied external field can make 6181 aluminum alloy casting organizations center segregation to get rid of Mg2Si,while applying a pulses current and static magnetic field make aluminum alloy sheet solute elements distribution of the most uniform and without any form of segregation;(5)Compared with conventional casting properties,applied a pulse current,static magnetic,pulse current and the static magnetic field of 6181 aluminum alloy casting can make hardness of 6181 aluminum alloy improved,also significant improved of tensile properties,while the best effect of the resulting is composite field applied pulses current and static magnetic field;(6)Through analyzing structures and properties of 6181 aluminum alloy by different external field casting,get the best solution of 6181 aluminum alloy sheet casting in different casting conditions is pulses current and static magnetic field.
