| With the vigorous promotion of water-saving and energy-saving technological transformation,the clean circulating cooling water system,which consumes a large amount of water,is becoming the focus of the industry.At present,there are many unreasonable problems in design and equipment selection of the clean circulating cooling water system in our country.To avoid unnecessary waste,the optimal design of clean circulating cooling water system is indispensable.Clean circulating cooling water system modeling and simulation software development is the basis of the optimal design,so it is of great significance.The clean circulating cooling water system has a huge scale and a complex structure with a large number of components,so we divide the system modeling into three parts:component hydraulics modeling,component thermodynamic modeling and network modeling.Then we design and develop a graphic simulation software with good operability and practicability.Firstly,the technological process of clean circulating cooling water system is introduced in this thesis.Based on analysis of the characteristics of components in the system,hydraulic models of the pump,valve,pipe and thermodynamic models of the heat exchanger,cooling tower and pipe are built and verified by simulation analysis.Because the water quality affects the normal operation of the system,we use LS-SVM to calculate the fouling thermal resistance.Then,the network of clean circulating cooling water system is expressed by graph theory.And the system network model is built based on the expression,using continuous equation,energy equation and pressure(temperature)drop equation.After transforming the problem into nonlinear equation solution problem,Newton-Raphson method is used to solve it.This network model can be used to unif-y the model of the components in the network,so that the pipe network is not divorced from reality.Through simulation,the distribution of the key factors of the network such as flow,pressure and temperature is obtained,and the model is proved to be of practical vale.Finally,on the basis of the models,a graphic simulation software with good operability and practicability is designed and developed.The advantages of the UI interface development function in Delphi,matrix calculation function in Matlab,data storage function in MySQL server are fully combined to achieve the software by mixed programming.The design and implementation of the specific function of the software is described in the thesis,and some interfaces of the application of a certain application sample is given in the last part of the thesis. |
