| The structural parameters of sublevel height is 40 meters with the use of short-hole shrinkage method in Xilinhaote fluorite mine,Ore and rock are solid medium,the ore body had been mining in the fourth level.On the account of the main shaft of first mining area is located in three sublevel of ore body,in the pace with mining production,the widening of the mined-out areas have generated a serious threat to the safety of the main shaft with The upper and left have 17m pillar.The collapse sink has the outstretched tide to the main shaft when mining the five sublevel,impact on the main shaft growing bigger.In order to the normal of operation of main shaft and the safety of mining production,we must take the treatment measures for mined-out areas in the four sublevel and collapse sink.In order to protect the safe operation of the main shaft,this article around the goaf treatment and repose of the lateral pressure,to carry out the research work of the system.Thesis adopt the method of experiment and numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,analyzed the empty area on the main shaft to the threat of collapse pit damage radius cavity stability analysis In order to reduce the empty area to the threat of a main shaft,according to the stability of rock mass classification and repose angle of ore.With application“three laws"(ground pressure law,the rock mass caving rule and the bulk flow rule)adaptive the efficiency treatment method of mined-out areas.On the basis of the drawing experiment of granular particles lateral pressure,as long as enough waste rock filling in collapse sink,the collapse will have not outstretched tide to the main shaft under the circumstances which mine continue to exploiting,through a critical medium column theory to prove the validity of the test data.Based on the stochastic medium theory and the mine situation,we decide to employ VCR to excavation the filling shaft to the four sublevel in the roadway of three sublevel,at the same time use the waste rock and crushed stone concrete roof to fill the mined-out areas in order to ensure that the safety of the main shaft.It analysis indicates that waste rock and crushed stone concrete roof to fill the mined-out areas,waste rock to fill in collapse sink can effective ensure the safety of the main shaft in Xilinhaote fluorite mine.It can effective enhances production of mine.FLAC3D software is applied for three-dimensional numerical simulation of the mined-out areas,it get higher safety rate by fill with the mined-out areas.The analysis shows that,the filling technology which was changed can significantly ensure safety of the main shaft in Xilinhaote fluorite mine,increase the ability of mine output,and achieve the expected target of efficient exploitation. |
