| Quality management is an important part in the field of project quality management,and nowadays it is widely used in all kinds of construction projects.Construction project quality management is a series of activities to direct,coordinate,control etc..to ensure the construction projects completed successfully and all activities of project implemented as expected.In the process,the necessary resources should be created to adapt to the requirements of the project quality.With the continuous development of our economy,the requirements for the supply of energy are increasing.Strengthen the oil depot construction project can effectively alleviate the problem of energy supply.However,due to the complexity of oil depot construction,there will be some problems affecting the quality of the projects.How to further develop and perfect the petroleum engineering construction especially the quality management of oil depot construction in our country so that big petroleum enterprises can be sustained and developed healthily,has become one of the research and the urgent need for petroleum enterprises.This paper analyzes the quality management problems of YL oil depot construction project,and puts forward corresponding measures,which has important significance to ensure the construction quality of oil depot construction project.This paper respectively analyzes the quality management theory and YL oil depot construction projects of some enterprise for specific methods and measures.It firstly introduces the related theory of quality management,including the concept and characteristics of construction engineering quality management,management functions and present situation and development trend of management tasks,and project quality control theory;it secondly researches on the project construction quality management of some oil company YL oil depot to put forward some opinions and suggestions,which has important significance for the similar construction projects. |
