Under the situation of deepening the supply-side structural reform,China's coal chemical industry has entered a period of deep adjustment and accelerated change.Traditional coke enterprises embrace opportunities such as efficient utilization of coal resources,rigid market demand and complete industrial chain.Meanwhile there are many challenges such as overcapacity,environmental protection control,factor constraints,market competition and cost increase.Xuzhou,a city in Jiangsu Province,is an important energy base and old industrial base in east China.Because the coking industry is one of the leading industries in the region,it has become an inevitable trend to promote the transformation and upgrading of coking industrial enterprises.As a key enterprise of Xuzhou coking industry,DX Energy Company has become an important research subject.Based on this background,this paper takes DX Energy Company as the research object and discusses the strategic transformation of DX Energy Company with the strategic transformation theory.Developing leading,scientific and systematic strategic transformation goals and implementing paths to effectively promote the company to enhance industrial level and competitiveness,and avoid the risks that may occur during the transformation process.It will provide theoretical basis,research support and practical help for the long-term healthy development of enterprises.This paper first outlines the research background and the relevant theoretical research of strategic transformation,and draws on the successful cases of strategic transformation of domestic and foreign energy enterprises.Secondly,it analyzes the factors and conditions of the strategic transformation of DX Energy Company,and briefly introduces the basic situation of DX Energy Company.Then put forward the motive force of strategic transformation from external factor and internal factor,judging the resistance of strategic transition from management level,employee level and technical level,and draw the conclusion that the company has the conditions for a strategic transition from the perspective of environmental identification,resource integration,management control,continuous innovation and risk tolerance.In the end,design the goal,path and safeguard measures of the strategic transformation of DX Energy Company base on that.
