Glass is widely used in life and scientific research,so it is very important to detect the quality of glass,the internal stress is the key factor affecting the quality of the glass.In the application of optical glass,the internal stress will lead to its application can not reach the research needs,so the detection of optical glass stress plays an important role in the glass production process.In recent years,with the mature application of infrared imaging system,the application of infrared optical glass is also gradually popularized.How to detect the internal stress of infrared glass is a good or bad relates to the infrared imaging systems.So a optical system for infrared glass stress detection system is designed in this paper,which can provide a relatively large measurement range for the distribution of the stress interference fringes,and provide the basis for the subsequent image processing and quantitative detection of stress.The main research contents of this paper are:On the current domestic and foreign to the visible light glass internal stress detection related equipment and detection principle method,the merits and the detection accuracy of these methods are summarized.Finally,a method for the determination of infrared glass based on the one quarter wave plate method is chosen.,the diameter of 150 mm detection infrared glass optical system for measuring is got.Based on the whole detection scheme,the corresponding optical path system is proposed,which includes the laser beam expanding system,off-axis reflective beam expanding system and near infrared imaging system.In order to consider the actual cost and the actual production and processing,the optical system which meets the design requirements is obtained under the condition of reasonable processing and adjustment.Simulated of the actual loading and transfer process,got the processing and assembly of the reasonable optical system tolerance distribution with meeting the requirements of the quality.Finally,the factors affecting the measurement accuracy of the system are analyzed,and the stress distribution of the sulfur system infrared glass is measured.The stress detection system is insufficient and the follow-up work is prospected.
