| With the development of China’s iron mine.The mining way is gradually from the opencast working to underground mining.The main mode of transportation of ore is also from the ground trackless transport to underground locomotive transportation.The transport efficiency of mine locomotive directly affects the production benefits of mining enterprises.Optimize scheduling of the locomotive transportation has been an important content of mine construction.With the increase scale of the mine middle haulage,there are more problems in the process of transportation,such as low transport efficiency,high cost,locomotive plug even locomotive collision.For the problem of the locomotive scheduling of the mine middle haulage,this paper established the locomotive scheduling optimization model.For the model,this paper selected the appropriate scheduling algorithm to solve it and finally get the reasonable scheduling scheme.This result has practical application value for solving the problem of underground iron mine locomotive scheduling and improving the benefit of the mine production.This paper mainly studied the following aspects:(1)According to the characteristics and the situation of locomotive railroad transportation,this paper established the locomotive scheduling optimization model.Differ from the scheduling of trackless transportation,the model is not the path optimization,but took the shorter locomotive transportation time and the less locomotive congestion as the optimization goal of locomotive scheduling.It more accord with the actual production situation of the underground locomotive transportation.(2)Comparing the situation and the principle between the locomotive dispatching and production scheduling,we find their similarity.This paper learned the modeling and solving method of production scheduling problem and established the locomotive scheduling optimization model.This paper selected ant algorithm to solve the model and verified the effectiveness of the algorithm by examples.(3)In order to get the result of the locomotive scheduling optimization model easily,the paper improved the basic ant colony algorithm by setting the candidate set and heuristic function.For the premature convergence disadvantage of the basic ant colony algorithm,this paper made necessary improvement in the pheromone update rule.(4)According to the locomotive scheduling system of Gong Changling underground iron mine,this paper designed interface,made simulation research by the software MATLAB and analyzed the scheduling results.Compared to the artificial scheduling,using ant colony algorithm can improve the locomotive transport efficiency and security performance,reduce the cost of transportation and achieve optimal scheduling scheme of locomotive transportation. |
