Research On The Optimization Of SG High Speed Wire Rod Factory Business Process Based On JIT

Under the background of the times change and industrial upgrading,each enterprise is in the pursuit of transformation and upgrading,in order to obtain a stronger competitive ability.How to optimize process management has become the key to reply the fierce competition for most enterprises.Process optimization is developed on the basis of process reengineering.However,the practice of process reengineering theory is not ideal,or to say,most of the enterprises have not achieved the desired objectives.After this unsuccessful practice,many scholars and entrepreneurs have realized that the way to completely abandon the traditional theory is not feasible.Therefore,in this context,some scholars and entrepreneurs put forward the concept of management process optimization.All of the management ideas and management knowledge come from practice and have been developed and enriched continuously in practice.Therefore,the management theory can be developed and perfected continuously in such a constant cycle-practice,summary,and then practice,and then summed up.This paper takes the process of SG high speed wire rod factory as the research object and introduces the theory of business process optimization,JIT,supply chain and other related.And the existing business process of SG high speed wire rod factory is analyzed in detail and diagnosis.Based on JIT and from the perspective of the supply chain to evaluate the effectiveness of the existing processes,and we need to find the problems which does not adapt to the development of enterprise and conduct the targeted analysis.Then,we should determine the optimization goal,build the optimization model and put forward the process optimization program on the basis of the analysis.At the same time,we have to use the empirical methods with comparative analysis of three big financial statements to evaluate and analyze the optimizing effect of business process.From the results of the evaluation and analysis,the business process optimization of SG high speed wire rod factory achieves the desired results.
