Gold nanoparticles have high electron density,dielectric properties and excellent catalytic abilities.They can be combined with a variety of biological macromolecules,with excellent biocompatibility,optical and chemical properties,has been widely used in various fields.Among them,the surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)effect of gold nanoparticles is one of the most interesting characteristics.This paper focused on the synthesis and optimization of various gold nanoparticles and their LSPR effects,the chiral self-assembly and its application of gold nanorods.(1)Synthesis and LSPR effects of three kinds of gold nanoparticles: The effects of different surfactants and their Combination on the synthesis of three gold Nanoparticles were investigated.Comparing the LSPR signal and morphology of the samples,a binary surfactant system composed by CTAB and CTAC(1:4)is found more conducive to the growth of large aspect ratio gold nanorods.At the same time,it was found that HDBAC is an excellent surfactant for the synthesis of gold nanobipyramids.(2)Facile synthesis of gold nanobipyramids induced by HDBAC surfactant: The effects of various operating conditions on the HDBAC-induced synthesis of nanobipyramids were investigated.The optimal conditions for the preparation of high yield gold nanobipyramids were obtained.Regulation of the addition of hydrochloric acid led to the yield of nanobipyramids with the aspect ratio of 2.65,3.16 and 3.88.And the nanobipyramids with the aspect ratio of 2.51,3.76 and 4.79 can be obtained by adjusting the amount of the seed crystals.At the same time,one-pot method of preparing gold nanobipyramids was carried out and a good sample was obtained.(3)Self-assembly of gold nanorods for the tetramine detection: With the help of DNA regulation and connection,self-assembly between gold nanorods was achieved to form a chiral structure,giving spectral signals of circular dichroism.Furthermore,using the specific binding of DNA aptamer to tetracycline,the chiral self-assembly structure was destroyed,and the circular dichroism spectrum signal was reduced to realize the detection of tetracycline.
