Automatic batching system which is integrated with feeding,weighing,transport,mixing,and other functions could realize the batching process of dynamic monitoring,controlling and management.Automatic batching system has been the source of many industry processes,such as the refractory material,metallurgy,food,feed,chemical and other industries,at the same time it keeps expanding its range of application.With the expansion of application range,the development of user demand expansion and the increasing development of customer demand,a kind of more advanced,stable,secure batching system need to generate.Based on the refractory industry as the research background,the batching system is set for mobile batching structure and it uses the distributed control according to its process characteristics of production process and related process requirements.At the same time it does some further research about the feeding control strategies and batching vehicle optimization scheduling problem.System hardware and software were designed.In the hardware design,system uses the control structure of the mutual combination of PLC as the core controller and IPC.PLC completes related action control and signal transmitting.IPC realizes human-computer interaction so that it is easy to monitor,manage and control batching system.All equipment in automatic batching system can communicate with each other via Ethernet;therefore,it can ensure smooth operation.In the software design,real-time monitoring and management IPC software is designed,as well as the main program of PLC and subprogram of communication,feeding control,batching vehicle moving is designed.The batching system uses the method of combination with the proximity switch and rotary encoder to realize accurate location.It uses the strategy of three-level speed control to make batching vehicle run faster,more secure and stable.The factors that influence batching accuracy the process of feeding are analyzed.According to the process of feeding has characteristic of difficult to establish a precise mathematical model,the parameters of model with nonlinear changes,and large lag time as well as time-varying,batching system use Fuzzy adaptive PID control method to control and make related simulation.The fuzzy controller uses the system deviation and deviation change rate as its two inputs.The fuzzy controller uses three parameters of PID controller as outputs.It can control batching system by using Fuzzy control rules to control adjustment amount of PID parameters.The results of simulation demonstrate the effectiveness of this method which can achieve the precise batching.The operation process of the two batching vehicles is analyzed carefully.The path of a batching vehicle is fixed;the path of another vehicle optimization problem is changed into traveling salesman problem with time windows.The scheduling strategy is determined and the mathematical model is set up by means of analysis for two vehicles running status.A genetic algorithm is used to search for the optimal route as well as its crossover mutation is improved and its transition probability function is elaborately designed so that efficiency of batching system has been improved.
