With the characteristics of high speed,high flexibility and high flexibility,the galvanometer laser welding technology developed rapidly in recent years.The paper designs and manufactures of the galvanometer laser welding head according to the galvanometer welding technology.Through the design of exhumation collimating unit,removable focusing unit,and the scanning unit implementremote laser processing system.The main tasks include design of a galvanometers focal length 600mm laser welding head of the optical parts,mechanical structural parts,and product installation and process validation,access to the galvanometer laser welding head and the processing performance parameters and processing rules.Based on the technology needs,design a suitable optical system,using the collimator focal length of 200mm,600mm focal length lens focused the optical focusing system,and the corresponding principles of optical processing head of the entire structure is designed.Based on the robot with laser galvanometer,10 kw fiber laser welding head to laser welding tests of 316 stainless steel.First in order to design the laser galvanometer based on the welding performance of welding head,is made of 4 mm thickness steel plate for laser welding test and evaluate the mechanical properties in the weld specimen,verify the laser welding of laser welding head ability;Second with this topic design welding galvanometer laser welding head with Germany HIGHYAG company RLSK welding head welding comparison test,verify the welding performance.This design and galvanometer laser welding head welding trajectory precision of testing,testing after the completion of the alignment were analyzed and solutions are put forward.Experimental results show that this design and welding head of laser welding has good stability,less than 4 kw laser in welding head welding when the welding study design on average than RLSK welding head deep 0.15 mm,laser in the 4 kw to 6 kw,when welding the weld depth.Galvanometer laser welding head welding trajectory precision of the test results show that the welding trajectory deviation,through the analysis of the problems and solutions,fixed trajectory deviation of success...
