| In the foreseeable future,the coal is still china’s main energy,and it plays a key role in the country’s economic development.The traditional coal separation methods include coal jigging,dense medium separation,dry coal preparation,y-ray coal preparation and so on,however,with inefficiency,environmental pollution,high cost of these coal separation methods,they can’t meet the requirement of coal development at the present stage.Therefore,to increase energy efficiency,a new type coal preparation technique need to be developed.With these problems,we has presented a new method of distinguishing coal and gangue that it is based on X-ray and machine vision.The grey value of coal and gangue overlaps because of their different thickness,so only using the grey value for separation of coal and gangue can reduce the grade of coal and gangue,so we further put forward by the side of the machine vision for coal and gangue image,image processing algorithms can be used to calculate the thickness of the two values,the recognition decision-making information of the data fusion which contains the thickness of coal and gangue by using visual image recognition and X-ray image can reduce identification accuracy affected by the thickness of coal and gangue.First,we built systematical hardware environments,including X radiation source,data acquisition card,detector,CCD camera,pneurnatic control valve,PLC equipment,computer and other mechanical equipment.Second,according to functional requirement of the system,we realized the software programming and debugging with c#on.net.Also,it accomplished the control of the opening,closing,voltage and current setting of the X radiation source.With the testing software within the control module itself of the data acquisition card,it set the IP address,achieving Ethernet communications,accomplishing the image acquisition and analysis function.It wrote the control module of the CCD camera with c#on.net,accomplished the opening,closing,capturing frame image functions of the CCD camera.At last,we realized the treatment of experimental data and image analysis,determined the threshold of the separation of coal and gangue.The identification sorting system uses visual images to identify the thickness of coal and gangue,and the X-ray image data combine with visual technology to draw the sorting threshold,which reduce the influence of the thickness of coal and gangue and increase the recognition accuracy.Compared with the traditional gray value recognition,it improve the recognition accuracy of coal and gangue.In addition,using a free fall sorting device can reduce cover an area of area,with the simple equipment,this system reduces the separation cost. |
