| As the increased paper usage in China,the source of paper pulp becomes the major limiting factor for paper industry development.The policy of forestry-paper integration is a major step to solve the questions of wood supplement and demand,papermaking industry development and the environmental pollution during paper making.The construction of raw material forestry base is an important step and basic safeguard for the development of forest-paper integration.But the construction of the raw material forestry base has an effect on the regional ecological environment.For example,the raw material forest has an excessive water consumption in regional;the monoculture planting,and thus with decreased biological diversity.Also,the fast grow of the trees reducing the nutrients in soil such as nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,which could further cause the nutrient depletion in soil;and affecting the construction of ecological landscape.Thus,the ecological effect of raw material forest cannot be ignored.The assessment of the ecological environmental influence of the raw material forest is a necessary measurement for the development of forestry-paper integration policy and the promotion of economic and environmental protection.This thesis takes the actual condition of a project of forestry-paper integration in Dongying City.And nine woodlands were selected for detailed investigation of the ecological effect of raw material forest planting.The typical fast-growing aspen forest was selected for research,and its effect on the regional ecological environment was well analyzed such as environmental impact,ecological protection measurements and environment-sensitive targets.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The construction of raw material forest base have some effect on the biodiversity,and the major factor in influencing the plant diversity is the canopy density of the raw material forest.The plant diversity of the areas with fast-growing forest is lower than that without forest plant.As the tree-age increased,the community in fast-growing aspen forest becomes steady,but the species richness and the biodiversity index were decreased.The Setaira viridis,Phragmites australis and Digitaria sanguinalis are the dominant species in the fast-growing forest.Herbaceous plant diversity decreased slightly,resulting in a single plant diversity.2.The plant of raw material forest base obviously increased the regional forest coverage rate,and the ecosystem services function.But,the amount of the plague is increased from 40150 to 43956,and the landscape fragmentation degree is increased.The land areas for arable and construction in Dongying City keep steady,and the areas for gardens,pastures,and unused land are decreased,and the areas for water have a little increase,and the areas for forest have a significant increase.Especially in Kenli,Lijin and Guangrao Countries,the forest coverage rates increase from 20.57%to 25.26%.The investigation for ecological landscape situation reveals that,the richness and evenness of regional landscape type are increased,but the priority sight is decreased.The shape complexity of woodlands and water is increased,and the ratio of the other land use types has a little reduce.3.The construction of raw material forest base barely have an effect on the quantity and quality of surface water.The quality of the surface water is not obviously deteriorated.And the COD and ammonium concentrations in ten sections among the eleven monitoring sites in Dongying City are steady or decreased.Only the zhenmiao section in Guangrao Country has a negligible increased COD concentration,which may due to the water pollution upstream.4.The construction of raw material forest base have an effect on the soil fertility index.The soil fertility of the forest in Guangrao Country is higher than that in Kenli and Lijin Country.And the soil fertility in the areas with no fast-growing forest planted is higher than that with forest planting.In the fast-growing forest,the soil fertility in surface soil is higher than that in depth.Except the effect of geographical factors,the canopy density is the major factor in the soil fertility. |
