The traditional mold manufacturing features typical discrete manufacturing mode with low degree of standardization.The characteristics of personalized mold parts determine that their quality and efficiency depends on the operator’s skill level.The mold parts in any process require multiple steps.One step error may lead to quality defect and instability.The core of the mold plant is people.It will take about two years and even longer time to train the qualified professional personnel.Labor shortage,recruitment difficulty of outstanding workers and gradually increased labor prices are all resulting in labor cost increasing.The mold is a typical customized product which determines its long production cycle and requires better cooperation system and higher-level skills of operators.Therefore,the traditional manufacturing mode is no longer adaptable to the requirements of Internet Age.Because of the randomness of mould order,the variety of products,the experience dependence of design and manufacture,the frequent change,etc.,the production of mould order is complicated and changeable,and the whole process is difficult to be managed and controlled effectively.The technology model must be innovated to achieve sustainable development of mold processing and manufacturing.This paper set forth the digital technology innovation,that is,by means of computer network information technology,to collect and arrange the important data and parameters of CNC machine tool operation and then to improve the transparency of the operation of equipment,reduce unnecessary equipment downtime,improve the management efficiency and processing procedures,and how to make plans of equipment maintenance scientifically.That is to achieve intelligent production scheduling,automatic program transmission and real-time monitoring of machining status.Innovate program compatibility system with automatic shift of program,according to different machines,to free the operators to the most degree in the whole process information management from planning,production,logistics to fitting;prompt processing visual management,realize the real-time production monitoring and transmission program system;improve product quality and the dynamic performance involved in production through advanced visualization,simulation and document management system.In the whole life cycle of die process design,manufacture and order management,the digital manufacturing technology of die and mould will be used in the whole life cycle of mould process design,manufacture and order management.It will play an important role in improving the production efficiency and quality of mould factory workshop. |
